Due to continued growth and expansion AbbeyLabels has a full time position to assist with the increased work load within the Sales department. You will have a varied role within the company, and will be responsible for providing quotations and the management of new & existing clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Liaising with clients and communicating with other departments within the company. Also following up enquires, communicating with the sales team about new prospects and building long term relationships with new & existing clients .You will be expected to maintain high levels of service and be capable of meeting the demands and expectations of our customers.
GCSE or equivalent (A-C) in Maths and English, You should be polite & have a confident telephone manner whilst being calm under pressure. Have a can do attitude and able to work within a close knit team as well as being able work under your own initiative. Customer focused with excellent customer service skills good attention to detail and can ensure accuracy at all times .Have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Good email and IT skills are essential.
