Digital printing is the fastest growing label manufacturing option for our customers much down to the range of benefits it can offer. Our fleet of digital Xeikon presses print labels in high definition (1200 dpi), ensuring a sharp image and perfect registration on any size of print run, any type of material and without the need for conventional set-up costs. Just as importantly, we have invested in the most environmentally friendly and sustainable method of digital label printing whilst achieving up to 95% of all industry standard Pantone shades using CMYK & white.
Since we utilise both digital and high definition flexo printing presses, we can recommend the most suitable setup for you based on your priorities and requirements. Our Digital Labels can be supplied on rolls, sheets or even individually cut. With rolls we have a choice of core sizes ranging from 25mm to 76mm to fit all standard label applicator requirements. We are also able to produce extra-large labels over a metre long and up to 320mm wide.
