This fully rotary operation is very competitive for higher volume orders and is suitable for printing on a wide range of substrates including papers, synthetics and some non-adhesive materials. Once print plates have been made, orders can be produced quickly as all colours are applied in just one pass.
With HD flexographic printing, the screen rulings for flexo printing can be increased, while at the same time reducing the size of the smallest printable dot. This is achieved using a special screening technology and the higher imaging resolutions, resulting in sharper images, smoother tints and a greater colour gamut.
